QuestionHow does an electric broiler work in a gas oven? Never heard of this. Do I have to have any special set up for broiler to work? Maybe I bought the wrong oven or won't be able to use broiler. I'm concerned about this a lot.

QuestionWe are considering buying this wall oven. I am wondering about the stainless steel finish. How difficult or easy is it to maintain? I have an older built in oven that needs replacing with a stainless steel finish that was very easy to maintain.

- Answer No problem keeping it clean. To keep fingerprints off wipe it down with baby oil or mineral oil.

QuestionI have an old wall oven that the total height is 46". I see the height of this one is 38". How does this mount into the wall? I'm thinking I could buy a stainless-steel plate to cover the 6" opening that will be left, but not sure if that would work.

- Answer Hello, Jennp! Per the installation instructions, based on if the height opening is at 42-1/8", lower the height adjuster 1" and secure two 2" X 4" X 22" wood runners on each side at bottom of the opening. This may work to ensure that the wall oven fits into the current space or you may want to build another cabinet space. -Katrina

Yet, the power isn't for heating, but for running the gas igniter and any accessories the unit features, such as a clock/timer and oven light.
