• Great question! Yes, the dishwasher door can be opened during a wash cycle and will resume operation once closed. If you open the door while it is washing it may slightly spray out. You may want to open the door just enough for it to stop, then open it the rest of the way to prevent water from spraying out onto the floor. We hope this proves to be of assistance.
