Hi, Vero0313! Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your dispenser. Please check your water pressure. You will need to prime the water supply after installing the water filter by filling a glass of water continuously flushing the system for about four minutes. Any spurts and sputters that occur as the system purges air out of the dispenser system are normal.
