Just pop out the front grill. Take the filter off and wash it in your sink or with your garden hose, dry the filter, put it in the unit again.

Trapped particles in the filter can build up and cause an accumulation of frost on the cooling coils. To clean, grasp the filter by the center and pull up and out. Wash the filter using liquid dish washing detergent and warm water. Rinse filter thoroughly. Gently shake excess water from the filter. Be sure filter is thoroughly dry before replacing Or instead of washing, you may vacuum the filter clean.Hopefully, this helps. ~Briana
