to be honest i never noticed,there must be the water is coming out the bottom back side

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi NeedAC! Thank you for your inquiry. The water from your air conditioner actually evaporates, which is a part of the normal operations. If there is excessive moisture or it is very humid, your air conditioner may possibly drain from the rear. We do not recommend drilling any holes of any sort on the bottom of your air conditioner for warranty reasons. We hope this helps. -Thanks!-
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just installed mine permanently in a window and I did notice that it didn't have holes on the botton to drain the condensation. I did give it a greater pitch towards the outside in case it builds too much water and that it does not leak inside. If I have a condensation problem, I will go outside and drill a hole or two.
