“Is a manual supposed to come with the refrigerator? I never received one with my delivery. Also, does anyone else have an issue with some items slightly freezing on the top shelf of the refrigerator that is up against the freezer side?”

It may be that the cold air from the freezer is affecting the top shelf, especially if the temperature settings aren’t balanced.
