How does the machine get water for the ice? null

You poor it in to the fill line. Empty any unused water when done. Has drain plug on bottom.

You pour it in yourself usually every 4 hours the ice maker is a great product completely love it.

You have to manually pour water in reservoir. If it goes to "low water" warning, you have to restart machine after adding water.

You must add water to the machine yourself.
