There is not any way to adjust the chill box temperature. The chillbox is the only way to cool the entire refrigerator unit so it has to be at a very low temperature, The main part of the refrigerator is cooled by baffles under the chill box to allow a certain amount of air to flow down to cool the rest of it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is only one setting, When we got it we kept it at the number 3 setting like they suggested, it was cold but didn’t freeze the ice trays. Maybe after awhile running it gets colder? But, it didn’t freeze until I turned it up then the ice froze. Sorry that doesn’t really answer your question.
