Q: QuestionWhat is the difference between Models FFEC3025UB and FFEC3025US? Your comparison and specs show no difference except in price and last letter of Model number. SKU numbers are 6323674 and 6323676.

• A:Answer Hello, Jan. These are the same model, but in a different color or finish. FFEC3025UB ends in B because it is in the color black, and FFEC3025US ends with S because it has a stainless-steel finish. Q: Questioncan you use cast iron on this stove top?

• A:Answer Hi, Fred! The short answer is yes, you can. We do recommend taking great care with cast iron as it is very rough and can easily scratch the cooktop if it slides. Please lift it when it needs to be moved or use a protective mat underneath. ~Ashton

Q: QuestionThe answer I got on the Diameter of each burner did not make sense: You said the three of them are 6 inches and one is 9 inch. Based on the picture of the product, it looks like only two burners might be 6 inches and the other two burners look bigger. Ty

Q: QuestionThe Frigidaire model FFEC3025UB cooktop shows a heat selection knob closeup. All that is visible is half of the knob which shows numbers 2 through 6. How many heat settings are there, or does it have an infinite number of possible heat settings?

• A:Answer ​Hi, Wally. 3 of these cooktop knobs have 11 settings to choose from. They are LO, 1 through 9, and HI. Note that the knob connected to the Dual Element burner only has 8 settings to choose from for each element. Those are LO, 1 through 6, and HI. We hope this answers your question.
