I know this is an old question but per the manual that sound can happen and is normal. Something about water dripping on the compressor. I believe it in the manual listed under 'normal sounds'.

These are all normal sounds and soon will become familiar to you. They also indicate your appliance is operating as designed. Based on the details you provide it does appear the “dripping” sound is droplets of water hitting the condenser during normal operation. Hope this helps.
