How many amps are required? null

Hi! Thank you for asking! The electrical specifications for this unit are Amps at 120 volts 10 Amps Amps at 240 volts 13 Amps Minimum Circuit Required 40 Amps Voltage Rating 240 V. ~Lauren

When we installed ours, I put in a 50amp double pole breaker. We also upgraded the wire to 6/3 with ground to be able to handle the current draw. Peak amps is 45 I believe. Make sure your electrical cord is also rated to 50 amps. Haven't had any issues.
