“Does AC dry air in Fan Only mode? The manual says to "open the vent during this function but keep it closed" in Cooling Mode. The illustration looks nothing like the vent on my unit, which allows you to control direction but not open/close. How to?”

Mine works on fan only mode, and also does not look anything like the picture in the manual. I do not seem to have a way to turn the vent on or off, either. Another confusing thing is that the temperature shown on the face while on fan only is the room temperature, not the desired temperature such as when running the condenser to cool the room.
