Called Frigidair, stated unplug for half hour plug it back in, told them did that and it didnt work, they had no further information to give me beyound this, they did recomend I purchase a new one...

But there's really very little you can do to troubleshoot except to make sure it's level, the filter is clean, and the space you are dehumidifying isn't too cold. Un plug it and plug it back in, then if it keeps repeating the the same code call the phone number for Frigidaire in the manual. If it's broken, they will instruct you how to replace it (they make it pretty painless).
