I followed the provided instructions; it connected relatively easily for me and I control it remotely via my Samsung smartphone. Note: my experience thus far is only having it in my own home network. Of course it has front-panel controls as well.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.IMPORTANT: This device is only able to see and connect to 2.4 Ghz networks. If you home network uses 5Ghz only it wont see it and you can't connect. Most home-routers have the option to use both networks, so ask your provider to enable this. But If you follow the steps provided in the answers given earlier it should be pretty straightforward.

Once it's flashing go to your phones wireless setting and connect to the wireless network called Air_Condition, then return to the app. The app will guide you through the rest.
