• The bottom drawer is for warming and for broiling, although most new ranges (including this one) no longer come with a broiler tray or pan. You would need to purchase that component separately if you want to broil in the drawer and not make a mess. Storing pans in the warming drawer would not be advised, as when the oven is on, the drawer does become hot, whether you are using it to cook or not.
