Q: QuestionI have a granite backsplash on my back wall up to within 7 inches of the top cabinet. My old microwave was installed on the granite backsplash. Would the installers install the new microwave on the granite backsplash?

• A:Answer Not sure about your model. I used this to replace my model FGMV174KFB, and it’s perfect. The only minor issue was that it did hang slightly lower than my old one, and we have a tile backsplash. But the installers didn’t have any issues with that.

Q: QuestionDoes this Frigidaire microwave allow the stove top light to be used as a night light? I currently have a microwave that you could set the stove top light to come on at 7pm and go off at 7am. Or any time variance. Will this microwave do that?
