QuestionWhere is the air filter, I'm trying to replace mine.

- Answer In the rear of the interior of the fridge behind the “pure air ultra II filtration” plate. If you gently pull on the left and right sides of the gray plate it will release exposing the small rectangular air filter. The plate snaps right back into place when replacing.

QuestionWhat the heck does "counter depth" mean??

- Answer Counter depth means the refrigerator sits flush with your counters. Regular sticks out several inches about 35 - 36 inches. Counter depth is normally 30 inches or less but may be wider & taller. End result is less cubic feet inside counter depth .

QuestionDoes the depth of the Frigidaire Gallery 21.7 include any coils at the back? I'd like to know exactly how far out from the wall the fridge will sit.

- Answer No coils..........just the water line connection.........probably need 2 inches...maybe less but mine is about 4.5 from wall due to set up of kitchen. At Best Buy they pulled the larger model out so I could check the back.......same as this one........if you want to check yourself. Great frig so far but no one knows how to properly install the air filter.

QuestionMy door is only 30” wide and with the handles this fridge is 31” deep. If I get this delivered and installed by Best Buy are the handles removable, because without handles it’s only 28.5” deep. Also, what are dimension of the shelf inside the fridge?
