Q: QuestionBooklet says not to use oven liners in my new 30” gallery electric oven. I’ve always used teflon liners in my old electric oven. Why is this not ok as there is no heating element in bottom? I just bought new ones.

• A:Answer Are used a handful of liners. Not a good idea every single one melted. I now have a permanent stain on the bottom of the oven.

Q: QuestionDoes this model include a probe?I was told the chicken nugget was replaced with the probe button and has a probe inside the oven. The picture shows the chicken nugget button and does not specify if there is a probe.

This feature should be used for the best results when cooking foods such as roasts, hams or poultry. • A:Answer Al, we are happy to help you with the operation instructions to use the self clean for your range model FGEF3055MF. We do recommend reading all the instructions located in your use and care guide prior to starting a self-clean cycle. The operational steps are listed below: 1. The oven should be empty and all oven racks removed. Remove all items from the cooktop. Be sure the oven door is completely closed. 2. Press self clean once for a 3-hour clean time, press self clean twice for 4-hour clean and press 3 times for a 2-hour self-clean cycle time. 3. Press start to activate. Once the door has locked, “CLn” will appear in the display indicating the oven has started heating for the self-clean cycle. We hope this information is of assistance.
