Q: QuestionFollowing up the answer to my question that the knobs have a "steel coated finish" I am wondering what that means. Are they plastic with a metallic finish and how durable do they seem to be? Are they dishwasher safe?

• A:Answer Absolutely, the gas will work regardless of whether you have power. But use a Bic lighter like you would use to light a charcoal grill, so that your hand is far enough away from the burner when it lights. And don't turn on the gas until you have the lighter in your other hand ready to go - you don't want a ton of gas already around your stove when you go to light the burner!

• A:Answer Hey there Michelle! I was able to see the cutout width is 33-7/8 inches minimum, 34-1/4 maximum. The depth shows as 19-3/8 inches minimum, 19-3/4 maximum ad the height as 8 inches. You are able to locate any dimensions in the Specification Guide. - CiCi

Q: Questionjust got this FGGC3645QB delivered, it doesn't feel like ceramic surface and that is the ONLY reason I went with this model. The spec still says surface is ceramic, is it made of ceramic? or with ceramic coating? or just blank color stainless steel?
