Hello Cindy! The oven control has a built-in 12-Hour Energy Saving feature that will shut off the oven if the control is left on for more than 11 hours and 59 minutes. The oven can be programmed to override this feature for continuous baking.We welcome you to view pages 16-22 for the oven control settings. We hope this information is of assistance. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The manual for this stove, on p. 16, describes your 12-Hour Energy Saving feature. It does not apply to the cooktop (range). For the oven, auto-shutoff is enabled by default, but can be switched to continuous baking. Setting the timer for more than 11:59 cannot be made without switching to Continuous Bake.
