QuestionDo you have to use the convection setting on the oven or is it always in use when cooking? In other words can you choose to cook in the oven with the convection or choose not to?

- Answer Hey Lindalou! You can choose when to use the convection oven setting as this unit also has a regular bake option. Convection is not always in use when using the oven. - Kiara

QuestionThe specifications say the oven #1 (microwave) is 10 1/2" wide and oven #2 (below the microwave) is 10 1/2" wide. Is this correct? The oven is no bigger than the microwave?

QuestionWe have a combo Frigidaire oven/microwave. We had an electrician recently install a new EV outlet with a 240V breaker. Now when we use this outlet to charge a car the clock on the oven runs a little slow, but the microwave clock is fine. Any ideas why?

QuestionI recently received this oven and installed it. It’s labeled as: Frigidaire - Gallery Series 30" Double Electric Convection Wall Oven with Built-In Microwave - Stainless steel. How do we use this as a “double oven?” Would love to bake 2 things at once.

- Answer Hi, CP! Apologies for any confusion; this model is an oven and microwave combination, and this microwave does not have convection capability. However, you can use the microwave and oven at the same time! For a combination convection microwave and oven, we would recommend model GCWM3067AD which is coming soon and currently available to view on our website! - Answer Sold as an integrated unit but installed as separate appliances - hardwire or plug-in will depend on local code (ours required hardwired).
