Actually, NO - it is a cooler, NOT a refrigerator in the sense that it has no thermostat and does not hold any specific temperature. It just cools things down a bit, between 20-36 degrees below 'Room Temperature' meaning ambient temp. This 20-36 number is from various sources - not adjustable. The manufacturer states it is NOT to be used for meat or dairy because they need to be held around 36-40 F.

It has no thermostat and is designed to operate continuously. It is not recommended for long term storage of perishable items.
