You need the email from Best Buy that provides the link to sign up for the free 30-day trial. Unfortunately, the link that Best Buy has been sending out does not work, and Best Buy has no idea how to fix it.

However, they only tell you 1 day in advance that your trial is over, then your card is billed. Be sure to pick one month at a time billing or you will be billed at $65 for 3 or 6 months at a time.
