• menu > set-up > Date Stamp (off) (pg 6 of set-up) That will turn off date stamp. But you'd have to use some type of photo editor to remove it from a picture that was already taken.

• If you are referring to the time stamp placed in the bottom right corner of every picture when the picture is taken, I believe the setting you are looking for is Imprint. Just turn it off and your pics will not have the D/T stamp anymore.
