We had the same problems, the instructions were not that clear... We had to watch a YouTube tutorial to be able to learn how to install them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You don't remove it yourself!! You insert the whole black cartridge and then push the picture button and the black protection sheet will come out FIRST then you can take pictures!!
