• On Amazon you can get a new magnetic base and install it in a second vehicle. That’s what I’ve done. Be safe!

• Do as I did. I ordered a second metal disk and attached it to my second vehicle. I switch cars quite often and the task is quite easy.

• Garmin offers a Mini Suction Cup Mount accessory, part number: 010-12530-05, to use in place of the magnetic mount.

• I bought a new car and the extra adhesive included with my Garmin did not include the magnet so I had to go back to the dealer to retrieve the magnet from my windshield, luckily they still had my car on the lot so took a scraper to get the magnet off the glass.
