• Don't know about Arizona heat, but it can hold up in San Diego weather. I had this for a couple months. This is the first dash camera I had that does not turn off due to overheat issues.

• The instruction sheet indicates an operating max temp of 131 F and a charging max temp of 113 F. I live in Florida, and do not leave it in the car unless the AC is running.
