QuestionIn New York State all the bridge heights are marked down a foot below its actual height. For example if a bridge is marked 12 feet 9 inches it’s actually 13 feet 9 inches. I’m not sure why New York has done this. Does the Garmin factor this in?

- Answer When a device won’t power on a soft reset often resolves the issue. Connect the device to the vehicle power cable, or an AC adapter. Press and hold the power button for 10 to 15 seconds. Once the device powers on I would suggest fully charging the battery.
