A:Answer Yes. My GPS, out of the box, was loaded with maps. But they were not the most current and I did preform a map update. That took about 20 minutes with a high speed internet connection (50 Mbps) through an Ethernet connection. If used with my outdated wireless 1.5 Mbps connection, the map download was estimated at over 3 hours.
