“Do best buy repair garmin devices? Put a new battery in it but device want boot up. Garmin name just flash on and off while charging. While unplugged from charger garmin name will show on the screen but it will disappear.”

• Where I have to plug-in the card in back of garmin is loose and it will not keep card plugged in
