- Answer I use mine in a RAM 3500, but I don't think this unit has the correct software for use in a SEMI. As far as bridge height, restricted weight roads and such. But it works great for the application I'm using it for.

- Answer In most cases it would work fine, but it doesn't route you on truck friendly routes. It doesn't route you around low bridges, or roads that are designated for trucks. I would recommend a Garmin for trucks.
