A:Answer Yes, when connected to the computer a prompt should appear asking to enter file transfer mode. When you reach this message, touch yes, the device will enter file transfer mode and enable communication with your computer. This will be indicated by an image of a GPS and computer connected on the screen. When on this screen, the device will charge from the computer, albeit a very slow charge.
