QuestionWhat if my vehicle doesn't have a cigarette lighter connection for the 12V cable? And if a USB can be connected or adapted using the GPS, what about the "USB connection detected Warning entering transfer mode message" Has this been corrected?

- Answer All cars have lighter adaptor of some type also you can use the USB but won't get traffic updates because there is not enough power

QuestionDoes anyone have trouble seeing the Garmin, because there is a glare on the screen? I try to adjust it, but still can’t see the directions. Anyone know a solution to this? Thank you!

- Answer Under settings there is a place for you to see the screen brightness and darkness by degree for you to move it and you will see a big difference and it does the trick. Do it at the time of day it bothers you to get it set the best lightness for you to view it. I always adjust to my eyes because I wear glasses which cause a glare for me! Hope it helps you!

QuestionDoes this unit store where you've been (Tracks) so you can return the same way you came. The reason I ask is I go on Mountain back roads and trails that aren't marked so I want Tracks and Waypoints for my unit. Kind of like the Garmin GPS on my boat.

- Answer I recently purchased it and as i was driving it already knew where slower traffic was. Not sure about accidents as they may have to be reported first. No fees. Love the ease of use and voice commands.

- Answer The car will need to include a cigarette lighter type power port. The Drivesmart 65 & Traffic is designed to be powered only by the included vehicle power cable. Most vehicle USB ports won’t power it.
