QuestionHello, My gps keeps shutting down while using the micro usb, what size amperage charging Jack is recommended or do you offer a cigarette style usb charger? I have mounted on truck dash so not using the magnetic mount currently.

- Answer No, the dezl 780LMT will need to be powered by the magnetic mount and included vehicle power cable connected to a cigarette lighter type 12V power port. This model will not operate correctly when connected to a vehicle’s USB port

- Answer The dezl is designed to be powered only with the included vehicle power cable, plugged in to a cigarette lighter type power port. Vehicle USB ports will not power it.
