Arm movement while walking will be captured by the internal 3-axis accelerometer in the watch which will record each complete swing of the arm as two steps. Wear the device on your non-dominant wrist. Carry the device in your pocket when pushing a stroller or lawn mower. Carry the device in your pocket when actively using your hands or arms only. A:AnswerThe accuracy of the weather data displayed on a Garmin device can vary depending on several factors:
Garmin devices request weather data once every 20 minutes at most.
Make sure to leave Garmin Connect running in the background on your phone. Closing the app can prevent weather data from being retrieved.
General location data is usually provided by your phone (within several mi/km accuracy) when the Garmin device requests weather data from the app.
Example: Nearby airports are often the closest source for weather data, and weather conditions there may be different from your actual location.
NOTE: This weather data source is automatically selected and cannot be manually changed. This data may not match other weather apps on your phone as other apps may use different sources for weather data.
The weather forecast on a device can appear more accurate than the current temperature if the data is stale and has not been updated recently.

A:AnswerIt only monitors heart rate not blood pressure, but it does monitor pulse oxygen and respiration. Very accurate with these, but you need an inflatable arm or wrist cuff to measure BP. No smartwatch has that capability.
