• Garmin used to offer a variety of voices free and for purchase (such as Darth Vader or Yoda) however they have removed them from their store for some reason. If you previously downloaded them you should be able to copy them from your other device. There is a program you can download called Garmin Voice Studio and you can actually recorder your own, or import sounds of your choice. In theory you could make Carl from Sling Blade.

• Carl from Sling Blade is not an available option. Garmin has male and female voices for different languages. No specific voices from pop culture. ~JH
