• Yes the auto techs can install this in your car but the set up is pretty straight forward.

• Yes! I had them install mine. They can't hardwire it (Garmin does not suggest it), but they can route the wires to be completely hidden!! The only wire I see is right at the outlet it plugs into. Very very happy with the install they did...I do not like a bunch of wires cluttering up the car. ☺
