“Is this watch compatible with iOS or do you have to used android platform?”

• I don't have an Apple product, but if it helps- the watch links up through bluetooth, and the settings can be adjusted through the app which should be available to you on iOS. Since the watch is reading your body health (Heart rate, stress lvl, etc...) the app displays those readings.
