A:Answer I am having the same issue with Samsung Galaxy S6. I called Garmin, waited for 30 minutes and spoke to someone. After not being able to figure it out, he suggested I uninstall and reinstall app. Total waste of time and joke. Also emailed customer supported and have heard nothing. Yes, everything is set up properly. I receive emails, but not text messages. I only receive alert that I have a message. Worthless. If wish Garmi would admit that this is a known issue amd fix it instead of passing the l buck. Mine will be returned to Best Buy.
