“Is there a manual available for the vivosmartHR?”

• You can go to the main menu on your garmin app, the three straight horizontal bars at the upper left of the screen. Under "help," it says "manuals," for online acces to a manual on the garmin website.

• Yes - from the Garmin website you can view an online users manual, or you can load a PDF verson of the users manual and print it. I just set up our VivosmartHr trackers today and printed the PDF verstion after reading some of the online version. The manuals are well written, and fairly easy to understand by someone like me for whom this is new technology.
