“Will the Vivofit2 work with WW online tools? I've been using the Weight Watchers ActiveLink but would like to change to a Garmin. I know the original Vivofit syncs with WW's online tracker, but does the Vivofit2 sunc as well? Does the VivoSmart? Thanks!”

Yes, It works with WW. It also works with MyFItnessPal.

Garmin has also partnered with a variety of third party fitness web sites to facilitate the synchronization of data from your Garmin Connect account.
