• Yes, it resets every day at midnight.

• Yes it does. As soon as midnight rolls around, it will keep track of your steps, calories, etc, from zero. It does track sleep over night as well.

• The Vivofit does daily totals. You can sync to your phone daily to see or just look on the screen for your daily total. Which ever device you use to sync it too will give you access to daily and weekly information totals

• Yes, the vívofit resets daily to view the stats of that current day. All historical data can be archived form the Garmin Connect app or website after it has synced. ~JH
