If you paid BestBuy to remove each item. The installers will bring their tools to remove your old equipment and gas line and install the new equipment as you are required to purchase those items from Best Buy in the delivery install order receipt. I hope this is helpful.

They told me twice to hire a plumber to fix water valve or gas turn off. I had to hire a plumber twice.... took him a short time to connect each item. He had no issues. Now I have to pay two plumbing bills & deal with the water the installer left running all over basement. Best Buy was gracious enough to give back $19 for install (which they never installed) & I am left with the 2 plumbing bills & a messed up basement! Infuriating!!
