Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We purchased our LG Propane/Gas Double Oven at Best Buy. With Best Buy ProTech they delivered it to our home for free, we purchased the necessary gas lines for it to be converted over to propane, they brought them with them. There were 3 people that came out on delivery. 1 was the Professional Gas Installer, 1 unboxed everything & did clean up & the other one came in and verified we had everything all set for them to complete the install. Well we didn't have the proper size out put for the proper amount of gas flow for the required BTU's. The installers could have changed it. However we decided to have our local Gas CO /Supplier who originally installed the line make the required changes & do the conversion. Bestbuys delivery team was awesome & they brought our new stove in, unboxed it so I could make sure there was no physical damage & they put the outer box back over it so it wouldn't get scratched while we had our gas line fixed. They were Professional, they cleaned up any trash. They were on time & great at communication. Protech is $ 200.00 Annually Kind of expensive but delivery & set up would have been $ 189.00 plus tax for this purchase alone. It does cover all of our Computers & Appliances & TV's, Etc. That we have purchased at Bestbuy. Hope this helps, Good Luck.
