QuestionWhat is the min side clearence if placing microwave on a shelf?

- Answer Hi there, Gy - Great question! Microwaves need adequate air clearance on each side, the rear and the top to function properly. This allows good circulation for the intake and discharge air vents. There needs to be 3" clearance on both sides and the top and 1" clearance in the rear. We hope this helps. - Answer No there is no mounting kit included. But is is a great small microwave. I had a shelf built where my previous under the cabinet microwave used to be.

- Answer It has a normal level of sound when it is running. It is not loud but not "extremely" quiet, but just an average level of sound when it's running ( kind of a below the average sound when it is running - kind of quiet ).

QuestionHow deeply recessed are the front "legs"? My shelf is just 12" wide so I need all four legs to fit it this space, including the space the cord or back sticks out from the body of the machine.

QuestionThe legs on the bottom dont appear to be tight, this is all four of them. When you try to turn the legs to tighten, they just go around and around. Would you need to screw them in tighter or is this a normal feature?

This is a countertop only microwave and requires 3 inches of space on each side, 3 inches of space on top, and 1 inch of space in the rear.
