“When i hit the popcorn button it will display 1.75, but will not start. If I push start/ 30 sec button, the display is 1:15. Have not had a good bag of pop corn in 2 months.”

I think Thats the bag size, not time. Try Pushing the popcorn button twice for a larger bag.

Hi Mary - Thanks for reaching out to us regarding the popcorn feature. We are happy to help. Press Popcorn once for a 1.75 ounce package of popcorn. Press Popcorn again for a 3.0 ounce package. Press Popcorn a third time for a 3.5 ounce package. Press Start/+30 Sec. Follow package instructions and use Time Cook if the package is less than 1.75 ounces or larger than 3.5 ounces.
