Questionwe have a GE Profile Sensor Convection Microwave model JE1590SH01, and it just stopped working. Will this model with trim kit fit in our existing space? Also, our current one was very loud on convection. Is this one loud?

- Answer my space is 25.5 wide by 19.5 high by 25.5 deep the trim kit is 30" wide. Your best option is to measure you space and consult with a Best Buy appliance specialist. I purchased several appliances that require installation, so a pre measure was performed for me.

QuestionThe instruction manual says to not operate the oven without the turntable and support in place. Does this mean keep them in while using the convection bake, convection roast and broil as well? Won’t the plastic support and wheeled ring under glass melt?

- Answer yup.... means not to operate without the glass plate and ring in place. For the oven to cook properly regardless of mode there must be movement of the food being cooked. Without the rotation you may burn the item and/or cause a fire in the oven chamber.

QuestionDo you have a spec list of how fast the convection oven is for most common items like frozen pizza?

- Answer Hi Jimmy - You will choose convection cooking mode when baking or browning is desired. Follow the cooking times provided on the frozen pizza packaging. Cooking times will vary based on size, type, etc. Some foods may cook a bit faster since a fan is circulating the heat. We suggest to check the pizza at the minimum time provided. - Answer Our GE, GE Profile, Cafe, and Monogram Advantium & Microwave Ovens (built-in and built-in capable) are not required to be cross-listed with specific wall ovens or warming drawers. They are compatible over most 27” and 30” wall ovens (including French-Door models) and warming drawers. QuestionNeed to install this as built in microwave. The trim kit JX9152SJSS does not have any vents in front. Is it safe to install as built in at 5 feet height? Or we need to drill holes in wooden cabinets for heat to escape?

- Answer We recommend a clearance of 3" on the sides and top and 1" of clearance in the rear. This will allow proper venting from the unit. For more specific details on measurements please see the quick specs guide that can be found on the website.

- Answer This PEB9159SJSS is only compatible with either trim kit JX9152SJSS (for 27” cabinets) or JX9153SJSS (for 30” cabinets). It is not compatible with trim kit JX827DFWW.

- Answer No. It's $200 for a trim kit which also includes vents that have to screwed into it as well as rails that have to be screwed into the opening floor.
