Hello- Thank you for your question, we are sorry to hear you are having this issue. This isn't fatal but it definitely shouldn't be happening. We can understand your concern and are happy to help! We recommend resetting the electronics by unplugging the unit for 5 minutes. If this continues to happen, we recommend you stop using it and replace it. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ours started doing the same thing (1150 watts vs 950, but same issue). Other than being weird, the microwave worked. However we had also had it for 7 years which is a typical microwave lifespan. We chose to go ahead and replace since it's important to daily cooking in our home.
