We are sorry to hear it has not worked properly since it was purchased on April 10, 2019 and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. To heat coffee, press Beverage pad. The microwave will automatically be set to heat an 8 ounce beverage. The microwave will start immediately. Do not use the sensor features twice in succession on the same food/beverage portion. If food/beverage is under heated after the first countdown, use Cook Time for additional time. See page 9 of the Use and Care Manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-40785.PDF - If you experiencing issues with all cook options, we suggest resetting the electronic by unplugging for 30 seconds or so. Check the installation. Our countertop microwaves require a 120 volt individual, properly grounded branch circuit with a 3 prong grounding type receptacle, protected by a 15 or 20 amp circuit breaker or time-delay fuse. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Power problems could be board, fuse, loose wire, hard to tell without knowing more details. My advice would have been return it to vendor and get a replacement or refund if you experienced problems after you pulled it out of the box.
