My GE stopped working immediately after removing from package. I don't think these big companies make service guides anymore but I can tell you from past experience that once you remove the top cover (all one piece), there's not much in there except the power supply, the magnetron tube and the control panel. That's it. In your case it's most likely the power supply but it just might not be worth fixing.
